The Ransundet books
The first Ransundet book was published in 1996 and tells the story of the village of Ransundet from its founding in 1825 up to 1996. It was written by Karl-Ivar Persson, Evert Amundsson and Lennart Persson. The books are in Swedish.

On behalf of the Ransundet village association, and to mark the village’s 200th anniversary, a second book written by Joel Backman was published in 2025. Among other things, it explores old settlements, travel routes, emigration, immigration and recent history.
